Detailed Goal: Distinguishing between needs and wants

Elmo and Tiger Lily are walking with Mae in the rain when a gust of wind takes Bel's umbrella away. Tiger Lily is very upset, but Elmo spots a stand that sells umbrellas and toys. Tiger Lily has to choose to either buy the umbrella which she NEEDS or buy a toy she really WANTS. Lily decides it will be much more fun to stay dry, so she buys the umbrella.
