Elmo and Tiger Lily are playing games at the carnival, and they win 5 tickets each. When it comes time to pick a prize, Tiger Lily really wants the giant stuffed panda and Elmo really wants the giant stuffed dinosaur. But each prize costs 10 tickets, so they can't get both of them! Elmo and Lily are upset until Gargur (Grover) suggests they get the smaller toys that are only 3 tickets each!
